The system
Cloud ERP: security, integrations, mobile
An enterprise system is worth something only if it can be used where the work actually happens. ATMOS is cloud-based: no server procurement, no installation, updates included in the monthly fee. An iPad on site, a laptop in the office, a phone on the road — the same data.
A construction company’s data is sensitive: margins, subcontractor terms, client contracts. That is why the data lives in an EU data centre in Frankfurt, encrypted both in transit and at rest, with row-level permissions and a full audit trail — who changed what, when and from where.
The system is modular: if you do not use fleet management, you should not pay for it. There is no implementation fee; the modules you switch on determine the monthly price. Accounting and tax-authority integrations, company lookup by tax number, document generation from your own templates, and an optional AI assistant you can question in plain language about your own data.
Who is it for? The construction company that wants neither to run a server nor to fund a months-long implementation project, but still expects the system to understand performance certificates and reverse-charge subcontractor chains.
